HOW LONG IS A READING?
Generally, a one (1) question and/or focused intent can vary between 10-15 minutes. Ensure your question or intent is focused on you, and it's asked starting with; WHAT, WHEN, HOW. There are no refunds for services rendered. All services not in alignment will be refunded without any further information.
AREAS OF FOCUS:
GENERAL FOCUSED. A general reading is a general presentation of your here and now where one area of life is divinely guided to be focused for this cycle of the reading. What should I be focused on right now?
LOVE/ATTRACTION FOCUSED. Love/Attraction is focused on impressions related to attachment, attraction, sex, sexuality, and relationship dynamics and/or patterns. How can I improve our communication?
CAREER. Career, Employment, is focused on impressions related to employment, career, job and.or skills specific. What can I do to improve my abundance?
SPIRITUAL CONSULTATION. Spiritual & Intuitive Consultations is focused on impressions related to learning about your personal practices or practices that can improve your well-being. These can generally mean basic rituals, ceremonial and cultural practices that address your current situation or skills development. During these consultations, I may focus on mentorship and guidance around methodology, practice and tools. You are encouraged to come with FAQ around your developing spirituality. Please come with specific questions otherwise your session will be converted to a SOUL BLUEPRINT reading.
SOUL BLUEPRINT. Soul Blueprint/Purpose/Soul Path is focused on impressions related to personal direction, development, and your soul/spirit cycle.
PAST LIFE. Past Life/ Soul Cycle is focused on impressions related to learning about who you were in a past life (if seen; multiple lives), lessons, and navigation this cycle. NOT TO BE CONFUSED with PAST LIFE REGRESSIONS (see booking page for services).
ANCESTRAL/ KINSHIP. Ancestral/Kinship is focused on impressions related to ancestral karma, patterns, ties, generational imprints that are cycled through generations without clarity and restorations.
DREAM ANALYSIS- Dream Analysis/Interpretation is focused on impressions related to learning about the deeper meanings behind your dreams and the messages (generally intercepted in REM by your guides). These messages are symbolic, vivid perceptions may arise spontaneously and are incoherent. What are the messages?

READINGS & DIVINATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Readings Terms & Conditions
For Mediumship and Psychic Readings, either in person or virtual.
I. By purchasing a reading, you agree that you are in good mental health and understand the fee is non-refundable once the consultation has taken place.
II. A deposit must be paid at the time of booking, this deposit is nonrefundable.
III. Bookings secured by deposit may be canceled up to 48 hours before the reading for a refund of payment, less deposit.
IV. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have provided the correct contact information so that you receive the reminder/confirmation email.
V. All appointments will be confirmed 24 hours in advance by an automated email. It is up to you to check your email to make you aware of the date and time of your appointment.
VI. In the case of missed appointments, no-shows or late cancellations payments will not be refunded.
VII. If a spirit connection is unable to be made within 8 minutes, the consultation will end and a refund issued. If you take your reading and stay beyond the first 8 minutes this will be taken as an indication that you are satisfied with your consultation and the fee will be payable and nonrefundable.
VIII. All readings require that you arrive on time. If you are late for an appointment, the reading will be completed in the period specified. In this case, there will be no charge reduction.
IX. On rare circumstances, an emergency or similar event may arise, and Viergelyn may be forced to reschedule your appointment at short notice. It is your responsibility as the clients to ensure that you have provided the correct contact information.
Virtual Readings
X. You must ensure that they have access to a reliable internet connection, audio, video, and the Zoom Cloud Meetings App for virtual readings (the app is available free from your App Store or Google Play Store). Vierge will be unable to provide technical help or change the manner or platform, therefore you should familiarize yourself with the Zoom Cloud Meetings App before beginning the reading.
XI. If the reading is delayed because your device's hardware/software is not correctly configured or is malfunctioning, your reading time will be shortened, but no charge reduction will be offered in this event.
XII. Vierge will not make calls and will not be held liable for any phone or internet carrier fees you incur.
Reading Recording
XIII. The severity of the information revealed during a reading will determine all recording requests. All readings are recorded with Zoom and uploaded to Vierge's Zoom Cloud for you to download and save the audio file. The link will be emailed to you at least two days after the readings and will expire after five days, after which it will be permanently erased. There is no technical help available for accessing Zoom Cloud or downloading audio files.
XIV. In-person readings will be audio recorded using a phone device and stored in Vierge’s iCloud. Telephone readings will be recorded using Uberconference and sent to you via email.
XV. The medium takes no responsibility for the quality of the sitting recording. There are rare instances when sittings do not record despite the machinery working normally, or the machinery may fail. No refunds will be given as a result of machinery failure.

A Word About Mediumship Readings
XVII. The purpose of a mediumship reading is to provide evidence that death is not the end to life, but only a change, and that everyone will survive this event. The medium cannot promise to speak to a specific person, predict the future, or tell you how to live your life; the purpose is to provide evidence of survival. Any counsel given by the spirit realm should be carefully evaluated rather than simply followed.
I hereby release, waive, acquit and forever discharge owners and Sacred Aura & Company , their agents, successors, assigns, personal representatives, executors, heirs and employees from every claim, suit action, demand or right to compensation for damages I may claim to have or that I may have arising out of actions, omissions, or commissions taken by myself or by Sacred Aura & Company as a result of the advice given by owners or otherwise resulting from tis relationship contemplated hereunder. I further declare and represent that no promise, inducement or agreement not herein expressed has been made to me to enter into this release. The release made pursuant to this paragraph shall bind my heirs, executors, personal representatives, successors, assigns, and agents.
