I. By agreeing to read this disclaimer, you acknowledge that the information on this site is open to your interpretation. IV. All advice, guidance, information, communication, consultation, services, and content offered through this Service and on this Site, including information and content delivered on any connected site, are strictly for motivational and entertainment purposes, as described in this Agreement.

V. Sacred Aura & Company and/or owners reserve the right to terminate any services at any time if she believes it is in the best interest of the customer.

VI. You agree to participate, accept, use, and access Sacred Aura & Company, and/or seek and/or receive these ("services") from owners, knowingly and voluntarily.

VII. All advice, guidance, information, communication, consultation, and service delivered by Sacred Aura & Company and/or owners are dependent on the accuracy of the birth information provided. The information and/or assessments regarding life or business trends should be regarded as guides and ideas exclusively. Sacred Aura & Company and/or owners make no claim to infallibility when it comes to predictions, and hence disclaims any responsibility for personal, business, or health decisions.

VIII. You use this Service and/or Site at your own risk, and we make no representations or warranties of any kind. All services, goods, consultations, and content provided through this Service and/or Site are intended to encourage users toward spirituality, personal growth, and inspirational self-help. This Service and Site are not intended to be used for fortune-telling or prophecy, and any future events predicted as a result of your use of this Service and/or Site are provided without any promises or warranties.

I hereby release, waive, acquit and forever discharge owners and Sacred Aura & Company , their agents, successors, assigns, personal representatives, executors, heirs and employees from every claim, suit action, demand or right to compensation for damages I may claim to have or that I may have arising out of actions, omissions, or commissions taken by myself or by Sacred Aura & Company as a result of the advice given by owners or otherwise resulting from tis relationship contemplated hereunder. I further declare and represent that no promise, inducement or agreement not herein expressed has been made to me to enter into this release. The release made pursuant to this paragraph shall bind my heirs, executors, personal representatives, successors, assigns, and agents.

TERMS & CONDITIONS: RESTORATIVE HEALING

Reiki sessions are most effective when you are open to receiving the energy, and given permission. For some people, Reiki is considered a complementary alternative modality form of treatment. Distance Reiki works just as effectively as in-person Reiki sessions. Similarly, we are all connected, as we are all energy matter and part of a larger whole. All clients are required to agree to the following Release and Liability Waiver, which is effective for all visits.

By consenting, I acknowledge and agree that:

1.Owner of Sacred Aura & Co do not diagnose conditions, prescribe medications or provide medical treatments.

2. The sole purpose of this session/s is for relaxation or stress reduction, plus also to promote

balance, harmonize, release and heal on all four levels (physical, mental, emotional and spiritual).

3. I understand that some bodily functions may temporarily be affected as a result of shifting energy

within my body and I agree that this is a natural occurrence (e.g. release of gas, headaches, heat/cold sensations).

4. I assume sole responsibility for my own health and for the results of any sessions provided by the Owner of Sacred Aura & Co that may affect my health in any way.

5. Treatment/s will not replace conventional medical diagnosis or treatment. I will continue taking

medication prescribed by a licensed medical physician and will continue to follow his/her instructions.

6. I release the Owner of Sacred Aura & Co its owners and practitioners from all legal liability during my participation in Owner of Sacred Aura & Co treatment/s.

7. All information received by me from the Owner of Sacred Aura & Co practitioners is accepted with full knowledge that any action taken by me as a result of the information received is my complete responsibility.

8. I understand that if at any time I feel discomfort or have a problem with the session, it is my

responsibility to voice my concerns (in-person sessions only). For virtual sessions please send any concerns about Distance sessions to admin@sacredauraco.com

9. I understand that the Owner of Sacred Aura & Co is an independent practitioner.

10. I understand that payment is required at the time of services.

11.I must give 48 hours' notice for cancellation, otherwise, I may be barred from future scheduling and/or a refund of the full amount.

12. I understand at any time during a session I can request to stop the session, though this may not entitle me to a full or partial refund.

READINGS & DIVINATION
TERMS AND CONDITIONS

I. By purchasing a reading, you agree that you are in good mental health and understand the fee is non-refundable once the consultation has taken place.

II. A deposit must be paid at the time of booking, this deposit is nonrefundable.

III. Bookings secured by deposit may be canceled up to 48 hours before the reading for a refund of payment, less deposit.

IV. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have provided the correct contact information so that you receive the reminder/confirmation email.

V. All appointments will be confirmed 24 hours in advance by an automated email. It is up to you to check your email to make you aware of the date and time of your appointment.

VI. In the case of missed appointments, no-shows or late cancellations payments will not be refunded.

VII. If a spirit connection is unable to be made within 8 minutes, the consultation will end and a refund issued. If you take your reading and stay beyond the first 8 minutes this will be taken as an indication that you are satisfied with your consultation and the fee will be payable and nonrefundable.

VIII. All readings require that you arrive on time. If you are late for an appointment, the reading will be completed in the period specified. In this case, there will be no charge reduction.

IX. On rare circumstances, an emergency or similar event may arise, and Viergelyn may be forced to reschedule your appointment at short notice. It is your responsibility as the clients to ensure that you have provided the correct contact information.

Virtual Readings
X. You must ensure that they have access to a reliable internet connection, audio, video, and the Zoom Cloud Meetings App for virtual readings (the app is available free from your App Store or Google Play Store). Vierge will be unable to provide technical help or change the manner or platform, therefore you should familiarize yourself with the Zoom Cloud Meetings App before beginning the reading.

XI. If the reading is delayed because your device's hardware/software is not correctly configured or is malfunctioning, your reading time will be shortened, but no charge reduction will be offered in this event.

XII. Vierge will not make calls and will not be held liable for any phone or internet carrier fees you incur.

Reading Recording

XIII. The severity of the information revealed during a reading will determine all recording requests. All readings are recorded with Zoom and uploaded to Vierge's Zoom Cloud for you to download and save the audio file. The link will be emailed to you at least two days after the readings and will expire after five days, after which it will be permanently erased. There is no technical help available for accessing Zoom Cloud or downloading audio files.

XIV. In-person readings will be audio recorded using a phone device and stored in Vierge’s iCloud. Telephone readings will be recorded using Uberconference and sent to you via email.

XV. The medium takes no responsibility for the quality of the sitting recording. There are rare instances when sittings do not record despite the machinery working normally, or the machinery may fail. No refunds will be given as a result of machinery failure.

A Word About Mediumship Readings
XVII. The purpose of a mediumship reading is to provide evidence that death is not the end to life, but only a change, and that everyone will survive this event. The medium cannot promise to speak to a specific person, predict the future, or tell you how to live your life; the purpose is to provide evidence of survival. Any counsel given by the spirit realm should be carefully evaluated rather than simply followed.

Using a recording device, such as a microphone, video recorder, or camera, to capture and save information about discussions, interviews, video, and phone calls in which you participate is often a beneficial approach to collecting and preserving information.

I understand that secretly recording or secretly hearing (or assisting another in doing so) an oral communication (any speech except that transmitted through radio) with an intercepting device (any device capable of transmitting, receiving, amplifying, or recording a wire or oral communication) without all parties' knowledge and prior authorization is illegal.

I agree that this service, as well as any future services obtained through Sacred Aura & Company, will not be recorded in any form.

Ethical Practice Boundaries

Please do not request the following practices, as I do not focus my practice + soul energy in these areas:

Hex/Curing
Bindings
Deliberately sharing of Sacred Wisdom or Origin practices not permitted by my elders , soul relatives or keepers.
Channeling, or readings for someone else or about someone else not in the room (unless your biological or relational minor child).

How long is a reading? Generally, a one (1) question or focused reading can vary between 10-15 minutes. You should ensure your question or intent is focused on you, and asked starting with the words: WHAT, WHEN, HOW. There are no refunds for services rendered. All services not in alignment with my ethical practice will be refunded without any further information.

What areas of focus or topics can I get a reading on?
GENERAL: A general reading is a focused on your here and now circumstances where one area of life is to be focused for this cycle of the reading. Examples would be "What should I be focused on right now"?

LOVE & RELATIONSHIP: Focused on impressions related to attachment, attraction, sex, sexuality, and relationship dynamics and/or patterns. How can I improve our communication?

CAREER & PROFESSION. Focused on impressions related to employment, career, job or skills to inquire about advancing your profession. What can I do to improve my current position in this company?

SPIRITUAL SELF: Focused on impressions related to learning about your spiritual growth, strength or challenges in this lifetime.

SOUL BLUEPRINT: Soul Blueprint/Soul Path is focused on impressions related to soul and human integration that displays the path of one's personal direction, strength, lessons, contribution. In these sessions I will also interpret your soul cycle.
